I enjoy finding creative ways to design learning experiences to help people achieve their goals. My experience is in developing, facilitating, and evaluating learning experiences to support learners. With my ability to assess performance, I thrive at adapting plans and activities to meet the needs of learners. In addition, my experience in education has enabled me to identify ways to help people from different backgrounds achieve learning goals.
Due to my background, I consider myself to be culturally sensitive. I have lived in Burkina Faso, Senegal, and Bolivia. My ability to speak other languages including Spanish and Portuguese has helped me develop cross-cultural communication skills. I utilize these skills to foster inclusion within the classroom and to create more equitable learning experiences.
